Where do you see yourself in 10 years time? Knowing what you know.
Identifying with your current habits and lifestyle pursuits and behaviours, what does your future-self look like?
Is your life-trajectory arching upwards, in a positive, healthy direction?
Or, is your trajectory arching south, towards illness, weakness, immobility?

The potentiality of your future-self is reliant on the understanding that what you think, is what you become.
How you think will dictate your physiological response, and thus your actions and habits are predicated by your ability to establish a mindset that proffers self-awareness, and an ability to foster self-resilience and fortitude, to enable you to best cope with the stressors of modern living.

The habits you repeat every day determine your health, wealth, and happiness.
Ask yourself: What habits am I choosing, and how are they determining my future-self?

Your ability to not only survive, but thrive, is to ensure that your mindset and physical body are working for you, and not against you.
This really is the foundation of ‘wellness’…when your mind and body is an asset, problem free and without hindrance of illness, immobility, disease and cognitive frailty.

Humans, over every other species on this planet, has the ability to consciously self-reflect and make choices. Sadly, our grip on what is important for our own happiness and personal wellbeing is being farmed-out to external third-parties, such as social media, alcohol, sedentary lifestyles and a media driven compulsion for inane entertainment and a relentless consumer drive to buy, purchase and accumulate ‘stuff’ we think makes us happy and fulfilled.

When in fact, everything we need is found within.
