Humans, over every other species on this planet, has the ability to consciously self-reflect and make choices. Sadly, our grip on what is important for our own happiness and personal wellbeing is being farmed-out to external third-parties, such as social media, alcohol, sedentary lifestyles and a media driven compulsion for inane entertainment and a relentless consumer drive to buy, purchase and accumulate ‘stuff’ we think makes us happy and fulfilled.
